Currently Taking New Clients via Telehealth! Hi there and welcome! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California, and I can be your someone to talk to. I am very neurodiverse affirming, body- positive, and a fan of the Oxford Comma (hashtag grammar joke). I have over ten years of therapeutic experience with a background working with youth, adults, "the "sandwich generation" (those who are caring for teens and their aging parents), depression, anxiety, neurodiverse populations, and adults parenting those neurodiverse populations.
